Pit stop challenge

'The Pit Stop Challenge' when used in training and assessment programmes is an acutely drawn test of skill, coordination and leadership.

The teams then have to organise and enact their plans and meet extremely tight time targets. Whilst highly challenging, it is a galvanising experience and also immense fun for the participants, and forms a central focus to many management issues faced by companies today.
